On Today’s Electric Avenue Show – Greg Vincent shares an insight into One Of The Best Time Saving Devices On The Web.
A few days ago, I had the pleasure to catch up with a really switched-on real estate marketer, Matthew Shadbolt from The Corcoran Group in New York and he mentioned a really effective tool that they’ve recently begun using to help them connect with their customers faster.
Since then, I’ve started experimenting with this powerful concept myself and as you’ll see below, it’s already taken the online engagement and connection with some of my customers to a whole new level.
So what is it? It’s a combination between using the online positioning of ‘Video Commenting’ and harnessing the speed/power/simplicity of the YouTube platform.
Check out how quickly ‘Video Commenting’ helped me build a high-level connection with real estate agent Lisa Watson.
Saturday 30th June: Lisa Watson & I connected as friends on Facebook (same day as she answered this question from Tom Panos via Facebook)
Sunday 1st July: I posted this update on Twitter and Facebook…
“Caught up with a really switched-on real estate marketer & learnt one of the best time saving devices on the web. AAAmazing ”
…and here’s the online conversation and connection that subsequently unfolded.
Here’s my Video Comment to Lisa
Notice the first thing that I included within the video was something about Lisa’s 4 out of 4 success the day before? = Big Point and example of how Social Media can help you connect with people and get straight to a higher level of dialogue.
Here’s Lisa’s Video Response
Even though we’ve never met personally (at least that I can recall, unless we’ve met or seen each other’s face at a seminar?) or ever spoken over the phone, after our 2 quick video comments + a couple of text comments, I can’t wait to meet up with Lisa in real life and talk about her interest in marketing, her real estate success and our ‘Outside Of The Box’ online catch up .
Is Video Commenting Hard To Do?
I know that there may be some of you thinking that it all sounds a bit too technical, which is why I’ve put together this quick video tutorial below…
Take a few minutes to watch this video to see how easy it is…
I promise you will be blown away by the simplicity of YouTube’s recording platform and when you adopt Video Commenting into your communication with customers online you’ll (almost immediately) have an incredibly different positioning within your marketplace.
Thanks for tuning in to ‘Electric Avenue’.
Please don’t hesitate to post a comment or ask questions.
Here’s to your success.
